User 1 was wondering does it suppose to put in the bottle than beep… She was confuse if she should put the bottle in first than put the card on.
User 2, 3 and 4 didn’t have problem to operate the system at all.
User 5 suggested by inserting the card instead of place it on.
User 6 had problem with when is the right time to put in bottle at the first time. He suggested to have a small cover for the card, open it and place the card and do the disposing. Open the cover to take out the card after whole process are done.
User 8 didn’t closed the cover completely, so the system didn’t operate. She was having confuse if she did the process wrong.
User 9 was having concern about the privacy violation issue if the system collected the student’s data.
User 10 was asking if there is other way better than leaving the card on all the time.
